  • A security deposit is a form of qualification for an application. You may not always need to pay one—you can self-qualify, use a guarantor, or utilize the Guarantor Waiver Program to avoid paying a deposit.

  • Campus Court Lexington is pet-friendly! We welcome dogs and cats (with certain weight and breed restrictions).

    Pet fee: $350

    Monthly pet rent: $40
