Both are purpose-built, off-campus student communities where each resident signs their own individual lease. From there, they're built around different priorities. Located at 935 Red Mile Rd in the Red Mile neighborhood, less than a mile from UK's campus and downtown Lexington. Residents have access to the Red UK Transportation Line bus route for the trip to class.
Located at 524 Angliana Ave, which Latitude describes as a short walk or bike ride from UK's campus. Their published neighborhood guide lists nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment spots, including Rupp Arena, as a few minutes away by bike, with downtown Lexington and the Distillery District also close by.
Bedroom count, square footage, and layout style (apartment vs. townhome) affect how much space you'll have and how you'll split costs with roommates.

What's bundled into your monthly payment versus billed separately affects how predictable your total move-in and monthly costs will be.
Wi-Fi and trash are included in rent. Electric, water, and sewer are billed separately through Simple Bills based on usage. A $35/month parking fee applies, and renters insurance is required.
Specific utility inclusions aren't published on Latitude's website as of this writing, so confirm what's bundled into rent directly with their leasing office. Latitude does advertise optional third-party programs like Flex, which lets residents pay rent in installments, and RentPlus, a credit-building program tied to on-time rent and utility payments.

Subletting isn't permitted, but lease reassignment is available for a one-month's-rent fee.
Each resident signs their own individual lease agreement, so you're not held responsible for a roommate's portion of rent. Latitude's online application includes a roommate-matching survey and collects guarantor information as part of the financial qualification process, per their published FAQ.
